Registration Deadline: September 11th, 2015

To complete your abstract and poster registration, you will need the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. The name of your University
  3. An email address where you can be most reliably reached with symposium updates and other information between August 1-October 31, 2015
  4. Student Status (i.e. Undergraduate, Master’s, Doctoral)
  5. Project co-author name(s) (co-authors will also need to register)
  6. Project faculty mentor/advisor name(s)
  7. Project title
  8. Project abstract/summary (see below for more information)
  9. Project academic discipline:
  • Agriculture
  • Business & Computer Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Education
  • Environmental Science
  • Life Science
  • Mathematics
  • Physical Science
  • Social Sciences—Humanities

The abstract should summarize the background for your research, your research hypothesis, or assumptions, your methodology, the results you have obtained, and the importance of the research in context of your discipline. Length limit is 150-200 words; if your abstract is longer than 200 words, only the first 200 words will be accepted. The judge’s evaluation will include an assessment of whether your abstract is concise and accurate and if the abstract accurately reflects the work presented on your poster.

Once you have completed the registration and abstract form, your registration is complete. Your home University will pay your $60 fee.
